Casper Holloway

Casper is an Associate at the firm and has represented clients in both the Provincial Court and the Supreme Court of British Columbia. He practises general civil litigation and has experience in corporate, commercial, real estate, personal injury and estate litigation.

Casper moved to Canada from the UK in spring 2018 and joined Taylor Nakai Litigation LLP as an Articled Student in August 2018 and accepted a role as an Associate at the firm in 2019.

Casper received his LL.B from the University of Birmingham (UK) in 2014. While at law school, Casper helped manage the university’s pro bono legal advice clinic. In 2015, he received a LL.M from Utrecht University. During his time studying in the Netherlands, he worked as a Research Associate at the Public International Law & Policy Group. His work included assisting lawyers working at international criminal tribunals.

Casper was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2017. While studying for his Bar exams, Casper also found time to participate in various pro bono law projects, such as acting as counsel for children attending school exclusion hearings, and visiting prisons to run debating workshops.

Prior to his move to Canada, Casper spent eighteen months working at Thomson Reuters in London, UK.

Outside of the office, Casper still follows his favourite English soccer team, Arsenal F.C. He also likes to spend his time playing tennis and exploring the beautiful Vancouver landscape.
