Michael is currently an Articled Student at Taylor Nakai.
He earned his Juris Doctor in 2023 from the University of Victoria. While at UVic, Michael worked as a student clinician at the school’s full-service legal clinic, The Law Centre, where he helped clients with a variety of legal issues including residential tenancy disputes, employment disputes, debtor/creditor disputes, human rights claims, and estate planning. Additionally, Michael worked a co-op term with the Department of Justice, helping to draft responding arguments to immigration claims before the Federal Court.
Before entering law school, Michael graduated from the University of British Columbia and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature.
When he is taking a break from work, Michael enjoys trying new foods, reading novels, poetry, hiking, playing online games and spending time with his family.
